Consultant or Managing Consultant – Forensic Accounting (Saudi National)

About the role

HKA is expanding its Forensic Accounting & Commercial Damages practice in the Middle East and is looking for a Saudi national to join its Riyadh office as a Consultant or Managing Consultant. The role supports high‑profile arbitration, litigation and commercial dispute engagements across Saudi Arabia, the GCC and internationally, working alongside senior experts.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial, accounting and economic analyses to support expert reports and client engagements.
• Lead or assist in business valuations, loss assessments and commercial damages calculations.
• Analyse large and complex data sets to identify key issues and financial impacts.
• Prepare schedules, exhibits and supporting documentation for expert testimony.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and expert witnesses to develop client deliverables.

Required profile

• Saudi national with fluency in Arabic and English.
• Relevant experience in forensic accounting, financial analysis, valuation or commercial damages.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work on complex, high‑value disputes.
