Consulting Roles – Senior to Manager – MENA Region

About the role

EY Consulting – MENAEY Consulting is expanding its MENA practice and is hiring Senior Consultants, Assistant Managers, Managers and Senior Managers to deliver high‑impact consulting engagements across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Work with leading public and private sector organisations across multiple industries in the MENA region.
• Deliver consulting projects that drive sustainable business transformation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary, cross‑geography teams.
• Support clients in solving strategic, operational, people, risk and technology challenges.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development and growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, engineering or a related field.
• Relevant consulting or industry experience: 2–6+ years for Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager, 7+ years for Manager, 10+ years for Senior Manager.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, client‑facing consulting environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel across the MENA region.
