Contract Administrator – Saudi National (Construction)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Contract Administrator (Saudi National) to join its PMCM team on airport, infrastructure and airfield projects. The role ensures that all contractual requirements, notices, submissions, variations, claims and commercial obligations are properly managed, recorded and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support administration of project contracts in line with contractual requirements.
• Maintain accurate contract registers, records and variation/change registers.
• Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines, notices and submission requirements.
• Prepare, issue and track contractual correspondence, notices and EOT submissions.
• Coordinate with Cost, Commercial and other project teams on financial and contractual impacts.
• Review contractual documents, identify risks and ensure compliance of contractors and subcontractors.
• Assist in preparation of claims, variations, change orders and related reports.
• Maintain an organized, auditable contract administration system and support commercial meetings.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in contract administration within construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage contract documentation, deadlines and stakeholder communications.
