About the role
The Customer Care Officer will join the call centre team at MAF Retail, handling day‑to‑day customer interactions and ensuring a high standard of service. You will be the first point of contact for queries, complaints and service requests, delivering solutions in line with company guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance to customers and address their inquiries.
- Resolve basic complaints and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist with product exchanges and refunds where applicable.
- Follow established procedures to maintain impeccable service quality.
- Participate in professional development to enhance leadership and technical abilities.
- Apply MAF Retail’s Human Capital and corporate policies consistently.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a call centre environment.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
