About the role

We are seeking a passionate Customer Happiness Officer to be the first point of contact for our patients. You will welcome visitors, manage appointments and ensure a smooth, friendly experience from booking to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations and cancellations.
  • Manage front‑desk operations, including phone calls and walk‑ins.
  • Assist patients through the check‑out process and address any immediate concerns.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in customer service or reception.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
