Cybersecurity Specialist – OT/ICS

About the role

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to protect Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. You will identify, assess, and mitigate cyber risks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and supporting the resilience of critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Perform risk identification, assessment, and management for ICS/OT environments.
• Evaluate existing security controls, analyze effectiveness, and recommend enhancements.
• Lead incident investigations, including analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Document, escalate, and report security incidents impacting operations.
• Conduct regular cybersecurity reviews, audits, and vulnerability assessments.
• Update cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to meet applicable standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to embed security best practices.
• Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and trends in OT security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity focused on ICS/OT.
• Proven experience in risk assessment, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with relevant cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
