Demi Chef de Partie - Hot Kitchen

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team in Jeddah. The role supports the smooth running of the kitchen department, which delivers the guest dining experience across the whole hotel, and works within a team focused on guest satisfaction and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department and deliver a positive, timely response to enquiries and problem resolution.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and complete them in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives so that hotel initiatives and targets are achieved.
• Work with the immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory and to attain productivity and performance levels.
• Build effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, with due diligence, best practice and documentation for internal and external audits, including follow-up as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a relevant role in a busy kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned duties.
