Deputy Compliance Officer & MLRO – Associate/AVP

About the role

The Deputy Compliance Officer & Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) will support the business advisory team in delivering compliance advice across the region. You will work closely with senior management, providing level‑1 control guidance and assisting with level‑2 controls and risk assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior management and employees in understanding and applying ethical standards, professional principles and relevant regulations.
• Prepare and deliver regular compliance reports to the Bank Country Operating Committee, Compliance Committee and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct proactive and reactive risk assessments, monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Escalate compliance incidents, breaches and cross‑border matters in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of experience in compliance, AML or related risk functions.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory frameworks and international AML standards.
• Ability to interact daily with key stakeholders and work across multiple jurisdictions.
