Deputy to the CEO – Strategic Operations Lead

About the role

The Deputy to the CEO provides high‑level administrative and strategic support to ensure the Center operates efficiently and achieves its mission. This senior position combines research expertise with strong management, planning, and operational capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct, review, and synthesize high‑quality research to inform policy recommendations, publications, and strategic initiatives.
• Assist the CEO in driving the Center’s mission by overseeing daily operations, aligning activities with strategic objectives, and facilitating decision‑making.
• Support the design and execution of strategic plans, track progress against KPIs, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support board and committee activities, ensure governance standards are met, and strengthen relationships with institutional and governmental partners.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services, consultancy, or research institutions.
• Saudi nationals preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong research and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
