DevSecOps Platforms Engineering Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on DevSecOps Platforms Engineering Manager to lead the design, automation, security, and optimization of the platforms that enable our engineering teams to deliver applications quickly and safely. This remote position will shape our DevSecOps strategy, improve developer productivity, and champion automation and security best practices across the software delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for DevSecOps platforms and engineering best practices.
• Define and execute the roadmap for DevSecOps tooling, platform services, and automation initiatives.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Manage cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP and oversee Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Integrate security testing (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA) into pipelines and maintain observability solutions (ELK Stack, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog).
• Support Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform or Pulumi and drive cost‑optimization and reliability improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or software development with a strong focus on automation.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and act as a trusted advisor to development, security, and operations groups.
