Digital Governance Specialist

About the role

Reef Holding is seeking a Digital Governance Specialist to support the implementation and monitoring of digital governance policies across the organization. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with national regulations related to digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data governance while promoting a strong governance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout and monitoring of digital governance policies and procedures across all departments.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements for digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data governance.
• Help develop, update, and document governance frameworks, policies, and technical standards.
• Maintain governance registers, digital records, policy documentation, and compliance indicators.
• Prepare data and documentation for governance reports, audits, and regulatory submissions.
• Participate in digital maturity assessments, analyze findings, and track corrective actions.
• Document digital risk observations and monitor remediation activities.
• Prepare periodic reports on governance performance and coordinate with audit teams and regulatory bodies.
• Support internal awareness programs on digital governance and cybersecurity best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT governance, digital transformation, compliance, or cybersecurity support roles.
• Strong analytical and detail‑oriented mindset with ability to work across multiple departments.
