Director, Asset Lifecycle Planning & Performance (LCP)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a senior strategic leader to direct Asset Lifecycle Planning and Performance (LCP) for a multi‑billion‑dollar infrastructure portfolio supporting a landmark giga‑project in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on forecasting, capital planning, and managing the long‑term economic life of critical assets to ensure financial viability and avoid catastrophic failures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update a 10‑30‑year Capital Asset Replacement Plan covering utilities, transport, public realm, attractions, and community assets.
• Maintain rolling forecasts that reflect asset condition, technology evolution, and growth phases.
• Lead CAPEX and refurbishment forecasting, balancing Total Cost of Ownership through precise scheduling of capital interventions, major overhauls, and asset replacements.
• Oversee overhaul and replacement scheduling to sustain city‑scale development across multiple decades.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to align asset strategies with Vision 2030 objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in strategic asset management, capital planning, and lifecycle costing.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex infrastructure portfolios and drive financial modeling initiatives.
• Strong governance and transparency orientation with experience in sinking‑fund reserve optimization.
