Director of Finance – Theme Parks & Hospitality

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dynamic Director of Finance to lead all financial activities for its theme park and hospitality businesses. You will partner with operational and commercial teams to drive financial performance, support ambitious development projects, and ensure robust financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis for theme parks and hospitality operations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that enhance growth and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess the financial viability of new projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
• Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve high performance.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and risk assessments for negotiations and commercial agreements.
• Prepare and present clear financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• More than 12 years of progressive finance experience, preferably within theme parks, hospitality, or related industries.
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• In‑depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices in the entertainment and hospitality sectors.
