Driving Instructor

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a qualified and passionate Driving Instructor to join its team in Dhahran. The instructor teaches students how to drive safely and efficiently, tailoring lessons to each learner's needs while ensuring compliance with road safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical driving lessons professionally and patiently.
• Assess students' driving skills and give constructive feedback.
• Explain traffic laws, road signs and safe driving practices clearly.
• Prepare students for driving tests and help them overcome learning challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and lesson schedules.
• Keep training vehicles maintained and safe to operate.

Required profile

• Valid driving training certification approved by the Traffic Police.
• At least two years of professional driving experience (more preferred).
• Valid and clean driving licence covering the vehicle categories taught.
• Flexibility to work night shifts when requested.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual learner needs.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of driving rules, regulations and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
• Patience and ability to teach learners of varying skill levels.
