About the role
Eram Talent is looking for a Teacher Assistant to support classroom instruction and help students individually or in small groups. The role also covers routine clerical and administrative tasks, and includes acting as a Healthcare Facilitator; nursing-related experience is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the teacher with instructional support for students.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
- Provide basic health-related support as a Healthcare Facilitator.
- Operate office and classroom equipment such as typewriters, duplicators and A/V equipment.
- Maintain a positive relationship with students.
Required profile
- Good command of English.
- Minimum of 60 semester hours of post-secondary credit or 2 years of academic training, plus 3 years of work experience.
- Preferred: experience as a healthcare facilitator or a nursing background.
Required skills
- Accurate typing and use of standard office equipment.
