English Lecturer – Applied Medical Sciences College

About the role

Al-Ghad College of Applied Medical Sciences is seeking a full‑time English Lecturer to join its Dammam campus. The successful candidate will deliver English language courses to students enrolled in applied medical science programs, supporting the college’s mission to develop qualified national talent.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English language lectures in accordance with the approved curriculum.
• Develop and update teaching materials, assessments, and micro‑teaching sessions.
• Participate in the implementation of the college’s vision, mission, and academic policies.
• Contribute to the design and execution of educational and training programs aligned with the study plan.
• Utilise classroom technology to enhance learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in English (Applied Linguistics, TESOL, TESL, TEFL, Linguistics, or English Literature) with at least two years of teaching or training experience.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in English plus a CELTA certificate and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Degree must be recognized by the Saudi Ministry of Education with a grade of “Good” or higher.
• Full‑time availability and successful completion of a personal interview.
