Events Sales Graduate – 24-Month Fixed-Term Programme

About the role

Aggreko's graduate sales programme in Saudi Arabia is a 24-month fixed-term development programme for Saudi graduates, based in Riyadh with a specialism in events. It rotates through key sales functions so that graduates can develop into a permanent sales specialist or account manager within the Aggreko sales team. The programme offers hands-on experience, mentorship and exposure to real business challenges.

In the first year, graduates focus on sales induction, sales administration and inside sales to build a solid understanding of the sales process and operational support. The second year emphasises business development, account management and revenue-generating activities, alongside the development of essential soft skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Passion for mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
• Technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical engineering, ideally in power generation (preferred but not essential).
• Valid driving licence.
• Business-level English proficiency.
