About the role
The Executive Assistant will work full‑time on‑site in Dammam, providing comprehensive support to senior executives. This role ensures smooth daily operations by managing schedules, handling communications, and preparing expense reports. The successful candidate will act as a trusted liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executives.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless business operations.
- Prioritize and organize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Required profile
- Proven experience in executive and general administrative assistance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professional discretion.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage schedules, and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office software and tools, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience preparing and managing expense reports.
