About the role
Join Siemens Energy as an Executive Assistant supporting the leadership team driving the establishment of a new Switchgears factory in Dammam. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and facilitating project‑related activities in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings across time zones.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries and visa processing.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, process invoices, and assist with budget tracking.
- Provide administrative support for the new factory project, coordinating meetings and tracking action items.
- Organise office procedures and supplies to maintain efficient workflow for the project team.
- Plan and coordinate factory events.
- Prepare and manage confidential reports and documentation, maintaining a systematic filing system.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (preferred).
- 3‑5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
- Experience in a multinational manufacturing, industrial or project‑based environment is advantageous.
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English and Arabic for effective stakeholder communication.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.
