About the role
The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations and enabling the executive to focus on strategic priorities. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and send invitations to relevant stakeholders.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including visa applications, flight and hotel bookings.
- Prepare and maintain personal expense reports, memos, and other documents for the CEO.
- Answer phone calls, route them appropriately, and take messages as needed.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain a reliable document database.
- File, retrieve, and distribute corporate records, reports, and incoming correspondence.
- Research and compile data for board, committee, and executive presentations.
- Record meeting minutes accurately, draft action plans, and share them with stakeholders.
- Greet visitors and guide them according to the meeting schedule.
- Handle office duties such as ordering supplies and managing mail.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of relevant administrative experience.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Excellent organization, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
