Facilities Manager

About the role

SATEL, a Riyadh‑based real estate investment and asset management company, is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead operations across its entire portfolio of properties and residential compounds. The role is hands‑on, ensuring operational readiness, quality execution, cost efficiency, and rapid turnaround of vacant units.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio‑wide visibility of facility status and develop customized operational policies for each property.
• Directly supervise facilities coordinators, housekeeping coordinators, and provide technical authority over maintenance supervisors.
• Audit and oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC (central and split), smart‑home and building automation systems.
• Conduct monthly analysis, root‑cause correction, and monitor structural indicators.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives while preserving standards, and evaluate vendors with purchase recommendations.
• Ensure ≥98% facility readiness, achieve at least 10% annual cost reduction, and guarantee 100% preventive maintenance execution.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on background in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, smart‑home and building automation.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading field teams across multiple real‑estate or facilities sites.
• Proven track record of reducing operational costs through preventive maintenance and disciplined vendor management.
• Ability to design operational policies, schedules, and preventive maintenance plans.
