Facilities Supervisor

About the role

BEC Arabia is seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and administration of company accommodation facilities and camps. The role ensures efficient, safe service delivery while maintaining a comfortable living environment for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of employee camps and accommodation facilities.
• Monitor housekeeping, catering, laundry, transportation, and maintenance services.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, utilities, and camp infrastructure.
• Manage camp occupancy records and accommodation allocations.
• Liaise with service providers and contractors to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Address employee accommodation concerns and resolve facility‑related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company standards.
• Prepare reports on camp operations, maintenance activities, occupancy, and incidents.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of camp supplies and consumables.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in facility management, camp administration, or accommodation operations within construction, industrial, or large‑workforce environments.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, camp operations, and contractor management.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
