Field Engineer – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Motorola Solutions is looking for a Field Engineer who is fluent in Arabic to provide on‑site technical support for its customers in the AMEA region. The role involves designing, implementing and maintaining mission‑critical IT and radio systems, ensuring high availability and performance for public safety and enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (web, mobile, middleware) to resolve complex technical issues.
• Deliver high‑quality operational support for IT and radio infrastructure, meeting SLA and KPI targets.
• Manage incident and performance processes to maintain system availability.
• Coordinate maintenance agreements and resource calendars with Field Services Engineers and the Service Delivery Manager.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to review service performance and address inquiries.
• Plan and execute technical tasks according to established procedures and troubleshoot design‑related problems.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong communication skills.
• Experience in on‑site customer support for IT or radio systems.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical implementations.
• Willingness to obtain certifications in relevant technologies.
