Field Sales Representative – Riyadh

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will drive daily sales performance and business growth across assigned independent accounts in Riyadh. You will build strong customer relationships, expand product portfolio penetration and ensure timely collection of receivables.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop daily sales with assigned customers, ensuring both breadth and depth of the product portfolio.
  • Identify and act on upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Monitor price variations, maintain profitability and competitiveness, and create customer forecasts.
  • Visit customers regularly to deliver service excellence and strengthen relationships.
  • Support the Hotel Channel Manager and Key Account Manager in local execution for shared accounts.
  • Collect receivables on schedule.
  • Provide market intelligence on competition, pricing trends and customer needs to management.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in the foodservice sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Self‑motivated with a sense of urgency and the capacity to work independently.
  • Solid understanding of customer management and sales processes.
  • Collaborative, proactive and resilient mindset.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
