Finance & Accounting Manager – FinTech (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the finance function of our fast‑growing FinTech organization in Saudi Arabia. The role will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and manage month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash‑flow projections and financial plans.
• Provide financial analysis and KPI reporting to support strategic decision‑making.
• Establish, maintain and improve internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local tax regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate external and internal audits, as well as regulatory reviews.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition and working‑capital management.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations and payments.
• Mentor junior finance team members and safeguard confidentiality of financial data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 7–10 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
• Mandatory experience in the FinTech industry.
• Professional certification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
