Finance Manager

About the role

NAOS is seeking a Finance Manager to join its KSA finance team in Jeddah. The role serves as the trusted finance business partner for the local leadership, ensuring robust financial operations, compliance, and forward‑looking planning to support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Saudi Arabia business.
• Oversee month‑end close, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Group standards, local regulations and tax requirements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, banks and key commercial partners.
• Support commercial and supply‑chain teams with data‑driven insights to improve profitability and cash flow.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and internal controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance management, preferably within a multinational or fast‑growing organization.
• Strong understanding of accounting, reporting, tax and treasury functions.
• Ability to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
