About the role
The Finance Officer will support CTG KSA's daily financial operations, reporting to the Country Manager/Director. The role covers supplier payments, client invoicing, payroll administration, bank reconciliations, statutory compliance, SharePoint filing, financial reporting and audit assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, prepare payment packs, obtain approvals and ensure accurate recording in Sage or other CTG finance systems.
- Prepare and reconcile client invoices, maintain receivables trackers and support overdue collection efforts.
- Assist payroll processing for consultants and staff, reconcile inputs, prepare payment schedules and ensure confidential payslip handling.
- Coordinate KSA statutory‑compliance activities including GOSI, Wage Protection System (Mudad), VAT, withholding‑tax and e‑invoicing.
- Support financial reporting, audit preparation and adherence to CTG’s approval matrix and segregation‑of‑duties policies.
Required profile
- Minimum 60 months (5 years) of relevant finance experience.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian statutory requirements such as GOSI, Wage Protection System and VAT.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
