Fitness Instructor

About the role

Miraval The Red Sea is seeking a Fitness Instructor to deliver personalized, mindful fitness experiences that enhance both physical health and mental wellbeing for resort guests. You will blend functional movement, strength training, cardio, and holistic techniques to create customized programs that align with each guest’s goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one personal training sessions tailored to individual fitness levels, preferences, and objectives.
• Integrate mindfulness, breathwork, and mental‑clarity practices into every workout.
• Lead diverse group classes such as aqua fitness, HIIT, Pilates, yoga, dance, core training, and functional movement.
• Design and adapt group and individual programs that balance strength, mobility, and recovery.
• Collaborate with yoga and wellness teams to develop integrated mind‑body offerings.
• Maintain equipment and training spaces to the highest safety and hygiene standards.
• Follow Saudi Arabian wellness regulations and ensure cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering personalized fitness sessions and leading group classes.
• Strong knowledge of mindfulness, breathwork, and holistic fitness approaches.
• Ability to create customized training programs that meet diverse guest needs.
• Excellent communication and guest‑engagement skills.
• Commitment to safety, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
