Fitness Manager (Riyadh)

About the role

Enhance Fitness is seeking a dynamic Fitness Manager to lead its trainer network in Riyadh. You will oversee the delivery of on‑demand personal training services through our technology platform, ensuring high‑quality experiences for clients across homes, parks and partner gyms.

Key responsibilities

• Master the Trainer and Client apps and support trainers in using these tools effectively.
• Upskill trainers in both soft and hard competencies and monitor their performance.
• Design, improve and evaluate fitness programs, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
• Manage member relations, resolve complaints and drive client satisfaction.
• Analyze trainer performance data using Power BI to identify strengths and improvement areas.
• Lead sales and renewal activities, track revenue, costs and margins.
• Conduct onboarding and continuous training for new trainers, emphasizing technology and tablet usage.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and other departments to maintain a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal‑training management or business management.
• Degree in Sports Management or a related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English with strong presentation skills.
• Proven leadership ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable.
• Understanding of P&L fundamentals and a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Hands‑on personal‑training experience.

Required skills

• Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
