Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentic Platform

About the role

Cohere is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join its North AI workspace platform team. You will help enterprises integrate cutting‑edge AI agents into their workflows while ensuring data security and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features for the North platform.
• Develop autonomous agents that can safely access and query sensitive enterprise data.
• Run rapid, high‑quality experiments to meet customer expectations.
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept through production deployment.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience working directly with customers.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proven track record shipping Python code in production.
• Experience building and deploying high‑performance RAG or agentic applications.
• Strong full‑stack coding ability and comfort fixing issues across the codebase.
• Thrives in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Based in the Middle East or willing to travel/relocate (20‑40% travel).
