Franchise Business Manager

About the role

The Franchise Business Manager will lead the growth and performance of the Novalac franchise across Saudi Arabia. Based on‑site, the role combines partner relationship management, business planning, and market analysis to ensure the franchise meets brand standards and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and support franchise partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Develop and execute franchise business plans, monitor sales performance and P&L.
• Analyse market trends, identify expansion opportunities and optimise existing operations.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply‑chain and compliance teams to deliver seamless franchise execution.
• Conduct regular field visits, provide training to partners and their teams.
• Prepare management reports, forecasts and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in franchise development and management, preferably in FMCG, nutrition, pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Strong business planning and P&L management capabilities, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jeddah or Riyadh and travel within the region.
