Freelance Phlebotomist – Home Visits in Saudi Arabia

About the role

Enigma Genomics is seeking experienced freelance phlebotomists to perform safe, accurate blood sample collection at patients' homes across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. You will work independently, ensuring patient comfort and specimen integrity while coordinating timely delivery to the laboratory.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional venipuncture and blood collection during scheduled home visits.
• Verify patient identity, confirm test orders, and label specimens according to protocol.
• Maintain specimen integrity through proper storage, handling, and transportation.
• Follow infection‑control, biosafety, and standard precaution guidelines at all times.
• Explain procedures to patients, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate with laboratory staff or couriers for prompt sample delivery.
• Document visits, collection details, and any incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
• Valid SCFHS professional classification/registration.
• 2–4 years of phlebotomy experience, preferably in home‑health settings.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and reliable transportation.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality.
