Front Desk Receptionist – Pilates Centre

About the role

We are looking for a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our high‑end Pilates centre in the heart of Jeddah. You will be the first point of contact for members, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience that reflects our elite service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide tours of the facility, and manage incoming and outgoing calls.
• Promote membership packages, assist clients in decision‑making, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Handle administrative duties such as email correspondence, filing, and organization of both soft and hard documents.
• Support suppliers and partners by processing orders and maintaining stock levels.

• Professional, patient, and committed to enhancing the guest journey.
• Calm, positive, and problem‑resolution oriented with strong listening skills.
• Quick learner with a solid understanding of operational procedures.
• Ability to work serenely under pressure while maintaining high professionalism.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
