Frontend Developer – Lead Architecture for Real‑time Web Apps

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Frontend Developer to lead the architecture of complex, production‑grade web applications. You will work closely with backend teams to build high‑performance, real‑time user interfaces that scale globally.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable web applications.
• Lead architecture decisions for state management, data fetching, and rendering performance.
• Build real‑time UIs using WebSockets, Server‑Sent Events (SSE) and streaming APIs.
• Improve performance, reliability, error handling and observability of frontend services.
• Debug complex browser, performance and real‑time issues.
• Define API contracts and resilient integration patterns with backend teams.
• Drive frontend standards including testing, code quality and deployment pipelines.

Required profile

• Extensive production‑scale frontend experience.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React.
• Deep knowledge of modern frontend architecture, state management and rendering performance.
• Experience with asynchronous data flows and real‑time UI patterns.
• Production mindset focused on reliability, observability and maintainability.
• Advanced browser‑tooling and debugging skills.
• Automation testing experience for frontend (e.g., Playwright).
