General Mechanic for Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Mechanic to join the Engineering & Maintenance team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences AMAALA. The role ensures that all hotel facilities, equipment and building systems operate smoothly, directly supporting guest comfort, safety and overall satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, back‑of‑house areas and all hotel equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on HVAC units, pumps, engines, kitchen appliances and laundry machinery.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with other engineering staff to uphold preventive‑maintenance schedules.

Required profile

• Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic.
• Experience working in a hotel or similar hospitality environment.

• HVAC system maintenance and repair.
