Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

The Group Chief Financial Officer will partner directly with the Group CEO and executive leadership team to shape the financial direction of a fast‑growing FMCG organization operating across the region. This senior executive role is responsible for financial governance, performance management, and ensuring long‑term financial sustainability while supporting aggressive growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Group finance strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Partner with the CEO and Board to provide strategic financial insight for decision‑making.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance management across all business units.
• Establish robust governance, compliance and internal‑control frameworks.
• Oversee treasury, cash‑flow, taxation, audit and financial‑risk management functions.
• Provide commercial decision support through detailed financial analysis.
• Drive finance transformation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Lead investment evaluations, business case development and capital‑allocation decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to enhance profitability and operational performance.
• Build and develop a high‑performing finance organization and strengthen finance capabilities company‑wide.
• Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, regulators and investors.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA or ACCA).
• Extensive senior finance leadership experience within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong manufacturing finance background with multinational exposure.
• Proven experience managing Board and executive stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and business‑partnering capability.
• Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia is essential.
• Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
• Hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.
