Group Internal Auditor – Operations (Warehouse)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Group Internal Auditor (Operations) to ensure operational excellence across our warehouse network. The role involves conducting audits, assessing compliance, and driving improvements in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits focused on warehouse operations and associated business processes.
• Travel frequently to various warehouse locations across the Kingdom to perform on‑site audits and inspections.
• Assess adherence to internal policies, government regulations (including labor law and SFDA), and quality standards such as GWP and GDP.
• Utilize data analysis and audit software to identify operational risks and process inefficiencies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements and solve operational challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or Finance.
• 1–2 years of professional experience, preferably with internal audit exposure.
• Proficient in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently between warehouses across different cities in the Kingdom.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, enthusiastic, with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Tech‑savvy with familiarity of AI tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, SAGE, Microsoft Dynamics) – preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, and Power BI – preferred.
• Experience with audit software such as Pentana, Ideagen, TeamMate, or Archer – good to have.
