Guest Service Agent – Luxury Hotel Front Office

About the role

We are seeking a welcoming and energetic Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at our luxury hotel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering personalized experiences and building a career in high‑end hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently and accurately.
• Provide warm, attentive customer service, anticipating guest needs and handling inquiries.
• Act as an information hub, offering details on hotel facilities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Process payments, post charges, prepare folios, and handle currency exchange following hotel procedures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Operate the hotel switchboard, manage calls, messages, and wake‑up requests.
• Follow safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma; hospitality degree or diploma is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Arabic fluency is advantageous.
• Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Property Management Systems, preferably Opera PMS.
