Head of IT – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

About the role

The Head of IT will lead the company’s information technology function in Jeddah, focusing on the implementation, administration and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role also oversees Microsoft 365 services, server operations, IT security and the corporate website.

Key responsibilities

• Own and act as subject‑matter expert for D365 F&O across finance, supply‑chain, procurement and reporting.
• Configure the system, manage user roles, security, workflows and master‑data governance.
• Lead troubleshooting, coordinate with Microsoft and implementation partners, and manage updates, releases, UAT testing and deployments.
• Support integrations, data migration and interface monitoring between D365 F&O and other business systems.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and handle user onboarding/off‑boarding and licensing.
• Oversee day‑to‑day server monitoring, routine cloud‑server maintenance and backup‑recovery procedures.
• Monitor security alerts, apply patches, enforce IT policies and manage endpoint protection.
• Maintain the corporate website, coordinate with hosting providers and ensure content, security and SSL certificates are up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 6–8 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012 migration experience).
• Proven ability to lead a small IT team, manage vendors and drive user adoption.
