Lead - HR Operations, Onboarding & Offboarding

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to own the end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding experience. You will drive digital transformation, optimize processes, and ensure service excellence across our global HR shared services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of onboarding and offboarding services, meeting defined SLAs and service standards.
• Develop and maintain HR shared‑services frameworks, governance structures, and budget oversight.
• Support the transition of HR operations to shared‑services and offshore delivery models.
• Redesign workflows, partner with HRIS teams, and lead process‑reengineering initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and maintain the HR knowledge base.
• Design and deliver training programs for regional HR teams and strengthen Tier 1 support capability.
• Manage and develop a team of seven HR Operations professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR leadership, HRBPs, legal, business leaders) and external partners (government authorities, vendors).

Required profile

• 10+ years of HR experience, primarily in HR operations or generalist roles.
• Proven track record in digitalizing onboarding/offboarding processes and optimizing HR systems.
• Experience managing budgets, service level agreements, and cross‑functional stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small HR operations team.
