About the role

Trendyol HR is looking for a proactive HR professional to lead talent acquisition and provide business partnering support from our Riyadh office. The role covers the Gulf region and other international markets, ensuring consistent, high‑quality HR operations across borders.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for the Gulf and designated international markets, from sourcing to offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers worldwide to understand requirements and advise on talent selection.
  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, global job boards and professional networks.
  • Provide day‑to‑day HR business partnering for international employees, handling inquiries and regional nuances.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding and integration of new hires across markets, aligning with global culture and local regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law (Nitaqat) and relevant regulations in other jurisdictions.
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS and generate regular hiring and HR performance reports.

Required profile

  • Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering, preferably in a global or regional context.
  • Background in fast‑paced technology or e‑commerce environments is a strong advantage.
  • Deep knowledge of Saudi labor law and ability to adapt quickly to other employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across time zones and cultures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple international priorities.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other global sourcing platforms.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor law (Nitaqat) and international employment compliance.
