HR Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist to support our growing workforce through effective onboarding, employee relations, and off‑boarding processes. You will act as a key point of contact for staff inquiries and ensure smooth administrative operations across the HR function.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and deliver induction workshops, set up rooms and prepare new‑joiner packs.
• Manage all new‑joiner paperwork and ensure accurate processing.
• Respond to employee queries on policies, leave, compensation and resolve issues in line with regulations.
• Facilitate strong partnerships between management and staff to maintain a productive work environment.
• Prepare off‑boarding documentation following internal procedures.
• Oversee internal HR databases, ensuring proper archiving and data integrity.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and liaise with travel agencies as required.
• Maintain medical insurance records, handling additions and deletions.
• Organise and secure office supplies and materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 2‑3 years of experience in HR and operational support.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and drive process improvements.
