HR Transformation Consultant – Riyadh

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global professional services and consulting organization to hire an experienced HR Transformation Consultant for their Riyadh office. This advisory role focuses on large‑scale HR transformation initiatives, organizational change, and strategic workforce projects across complex business environments.

Key responsibilities

• Assess organizational HR structures, processes, and operating models to identify transformation opportunities.
• Design and implement HR transformation strategies aligned with business and operational goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end transformation initiatives, including process redesign, HR operating model enhancement, and technology implementation.
• Support organizational change management and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Conduct HR diagnostics, needs assessments, and gap analyses.
• Develop and deliver HR capability‑building and training programs.
• Drive performance management framework improvements and HR process optimization.
• Measure effectiveness and impact of HR transformation initiatives through data‑driven insights and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR consulting or HR transformation projects within a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of HR operating models, best practices, and transformation methodologies.
• Prior experience within a Big 4 or leading management consulting firm is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.
• Experience leading complex cross‑functional projects and organizational change initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience working with regional or multinational organizations is advantageous.
