About the role
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to manage recruitment and daily HR operations for our construction and contracting projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will support the full hiring cycle, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with Saudi government HR platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Screen and shortlist CVs, coordinate interviews and follow‑up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, manpower reports and update employee data.
- Organise employee files, HR documentation and support onboarding processes.
- Prepare job offers, employment contracts and related documents.
- Handle HR activities on Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem and other government platforms.
- Coordinate with project teams on manpower requests and employee updates.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment or HR operations, preferably in construction or contracting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and follow up diligently.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with good communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Hands‑on experience with Saudi HR platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad and Muqeem.
