Industrial Skills Trainer - Computer

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Industrial Skills Trainer in Computer to deliver technical training programs and practical learning sessions in computer and technology fields. The trainer develops and delivers content, workshops, practical exercises, presentations and assessments, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and participant engagement. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, prepare and deliver technical training programs, courses, workshops and seminars based on organizational needs.
• Deliver engaging learning through practical demonstrations, hands-on activities, case studies and digital learning methods.
• Create and deliver content, exercises, presentations and assessments using learning technologies, virtual platforms and digital tools.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to participants with different levels of knowledge.
• Facilitate classroom and practical sessions while keeping participants engaged.
• Adapt approaches to participant needs and varying technical understanding.
• Apply organization, time management, problem-solving, classroom management and adaptability; respond to technical challenges during sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or another technology field.
• 3-5 years of practical experience in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Programming or related areas.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in one or more of these areas.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver training content, exercises, presentations and assessments.
• Industry-recognized technical certifications in AI, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity or Programming are preferred.
