Inside Sales Intern - Telecommunications

About the role

Keenfinity's IQSIGHT division is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Intern (Telecommunications) who is a Saudi national. The internship supports the sales team in generating new business, nurturing leads and maintaining customer relationships, giving hands-on experience in B2B sales, CRM management, lead generation and sales operations alongside experienced sales professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective customers across target industries
• Generate and qualify leads by phone, email, LinkedIn and other outreach channels
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
• Maintain customer and prospect data in the CRM system
• Follow up with prospects to understand their needs and nurture leads
• Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations and reports
• Support sales campaigns and promotional activities
• Work with marketing and customer success teams to improve lead conversion
• Track daily, weekly and monthly sales activity and prepare performance reports
• Keep up to date on products, industry trends and competitors

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering
• Strong English communication; Arabic is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently and in a team

Required skills

• Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
• Preferred: confidence in making outbound calls, presentation skills, time management and analytical thinking
