Internal Communication Specialist

About the role

The Internal Communication Specialist provides essential support for internal messaging, ensuring that announcements, emails, and event communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with the organization’s brand. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to keep employees informed and engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications such as announcements and departmental emails.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain a professional tone and branding across all messages.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and departmental meetings.
• Manage event logistics, including venue booking, invitations, agendas, and material preparation.
• Provide on‑site support during events to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in administrative or communications support, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and able to manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
