IT Infrastructure Administrator (Senior)

About the role

Fakeeh Care is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator to design, deploy, and manage its on‑premises and cloud environments. The role ensures high availability, security, and cost‑efficiency of servers, storage, virtualization, and network services while supporting business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage servers, storage, virtualization, and network environments (on‑premises and cloud).
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability to guarantee optimal uptime.
• Implement infrastructure automation, configuration management, and monitoring solutions.
• Manage VMware, Hyper‑V, or equivalent virtualization platforms.
• Deploy and manage workloads in Azure, AWS, and GCP with focus on cost efficiency and security.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and routing protocols.
• Collaborate with security teams to apply patching, access control, and compliance standards.
• Implement and manage backup solutions, replication, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Participate in business continuity planning and execution.
• Work closely with applications, DBA, and support teams to deliver reliable IT services.
• Maintain detailed infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the job as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or related field (senior level).
