IT Manager – ERP Systems & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of our existing ERP environment while guiding a smooth transition to a new ERP platform. The role combines day‑to‑day ERP operations with strategic migration planning to ensure business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the current ERP system, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP‑related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with software vendors, consultants, and internal users to address technical and functional challenges.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
• Lead the migration from the current ERP to a new platform, developing plans, timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee data migration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go‑live activities.
• Ensure business continuity throughout the migration process.
• Manage ERP‑related infrastructure, security, backup, and disaster recovery requirements.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT management, ERP administration, or ERP project delivery.
• Proven experience supporting and maintaining enterprise ERP systems.
• Strong experience in ERP implementation, upgrades, migration, and integration projects.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
