About the role
We are seeking an IT Officer to join our team in Jeddah, delivering first‑line support for desktops, laptops and software applications. The role involves handling service‑desk tickets both remotely and on‑site, ensuring smooth IT operations for end‑users.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑level IT support for desktops, laptops and software applications.
- Log, track and resolve service‑desk tickets, whether remote or on‑site.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Support user access, system setups and onboarding activities.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant IT teams or vendors.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support or service‑desk environments.
- Hands‑on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively.
